With 9 years of experience in UK & China marketing, Min is a standout figure in the field. Beginning her career in the UK, she led impactful campaigns for prestigious clients such as Fortnum & Mason, Manchester United Football Club, Anya Hindmarch, and the British Academy Film Awards, earning recognition for exceptional results.

Transitioning to brand leadership, Min served as Marketing Director, where she crafted strategies that achieved unprecedented success in acquiring Chinese clients. With a strong marketing academic background from Hunan University and an MSc from the University of Manchester, she applies theory to practice for effective marketing solutions.

As co-founder of SinoWave with Clarissa, Min is dedicated to transforming UK and China cross-border marketing, empowering UK brands to connect with more Chinese audiences in both regions.

Clarissa is an expert in devising tailored promotional strategies for different markets and demographics, helping clients stand out in competitive markets. With over a decade of experience building partnerships across sectors like luxury, real estate, retail, and dining, she excels in both online and offline marketing channels. Her expertise spans affiliate marketing, data analysis, and witnessing the shift from traditional to digital marketing.

Previously the Head of Sales at a leading UK Chinese publisher, Clarissa holds an MSc in Marketing Analytics and a certificate in Data Analysis for Management at LSE.

Alongside Min, she founded SinoWave to promote brand internationalization through effective marketing strategies, keeping pace with evolving trends.
